How does Click & Collect work?
Choose your products online
Add them to your shopping bag
Select 'Pick Up' as the delivery method at checkout

Select your store for pickup
You will receive a collection notification email within 24-hours of placing an order (online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays)

Collect your order in store
Make sure you bring your collection notification email and/or photo ID
Collect from the Parts Counter - usually at the back of the store

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE service.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 10 calendar days you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 10 calendar days, we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

  • A copy of the order collection notification email
  • A note/email signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
  • Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

Are all products available for Click & Collect?
All Husqvarna and KTM products are available for Click & Collect.
There are selected Harley and Ducati items available for Click & Collect.

Is Click & Collect available at all stores?
Currently Click & Collect is only available from the following three store’s.

What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?
Sometimes, items in your Click & Collect order maybe out of stock at your selected store. As we don’t want you to miss out, we’ll look for more stock. Depending on your preferences at checkout, we’ll either;

  • Send the missing item(s) to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them at another store, or
  • Provide a refund for the missing item(s)

How do I return an item purchased from the Fraser Online Store?
We offer a 28-day return period which starts from the time of purchase. To request a return simply fill in Request a Return form. We will provide a response within 24-hours upon receipt of the form. For further details on returns go to Terms & Conditions.
