At Fraser Motorcycles we pride ourselves on ensuring your orders are packaged with the highest of standards and delivered by a select group of freight carriers including Australia Post and Star Track. 

As these are unprecedented times there are likely to be shipping delays which are out of our control and we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (ex public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Handling times for all orders are generally 3 – 4 business days from the time of order. Slight delays may occur during holiday, sale periods or during COVID restrictions.

A dispatch confirmation email including a track & trace number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave. 

Our shipping charge is variable depending on location as well as order value and is quoted at the checkout for your reference, so please ensure that you understand all order details and charges prior to confirming payment and placing the order. Orders over $199 are eligible for free shipping!

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Goods are delivered either via ex-warehouse or a dealership which is carrying the item in stock. Fraser Motorcycles will arrange a freight company to deliver to the purchaser’s address, unless the purchaser states otherwise or selects, when ordering the click and collect service. Liability passes to the purchaser ex-warehouse, if purchaser organises freight ex-warehouse. 

Freight is payable at checkout, therefore freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are additional to the cost of goods sold.

The purchaser must sign for the number of cartons received upon delivery. Fraser Motorcycles will not be held responsible for cartons signed for, but not received. If upon delivery cartons are damaged, we ask that you please mark the consignment note and notify us immediately. Please note that bulky and fragile items require specialist carriers and may take longer to reach nominated destinations. Orders will only be sent directly to purchaser’s client at Fraser Motorcycles discretion.

HELMETS

We sell helmets through our online store and we take the best care we can sending them out to you by making sure they have a good amount of padding inside the box. Please be mindful when you are selecting the size of helmet, each brand and model of helmet may differ in size and shell shape.

Our online store is currently unable to ship internationally.

    WAREHOUSE PICKUP

    Click & Collect is available from our dealerships. In stock Items ordered in our showrooms can be collected within 3 - 4 business days. Once your goods are picked, packed and ready for collection, you will be notified via email or SMS.

    CARRIER TRACKING

    As soon as your order has shipped you should receive an email with all your tracking details. Please note that we do our best to have every item shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. In peak times it can be 3-5 business days but all effort is made to get orders out in a timely manner. Some items may ship from multiple locations, in which case you will receive multiple deliveries.

    LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
